We create a unique, specialized workout to fit each client's journey to a healthier lifestyle.  The focus is on innovative exercises that focus on core, balance and functional training; personal training people of all ages and abilities can take advantage of. Asheville Juice is cold pressed, organic juice, nut milks, wheatgrass shots and 3 or 5 day cleanse. Everything is as locally sourced as we can make it. The health benefits of fresh, cold pressed organic juice are endless: improved organ function, increased energy, stronger hair, nails and bones and healthier skin. Fruit & vegetable cold pressed juices retain most of the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that are found in whole versions of those foods. These nutrients can help protect against cardiovascular disease, cancer and various inflammatory diseases. Asheville Juice is made and delivered on Wednesday and Saturday. We deliver to homes and businesses in the local Asheville area.





The combination of 5 years experience in coaching Collegiate Division I and Division II Women's Basketball and 9 years of personal training has created a unique background in the health & wellness field . Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as  a certified NASM Nutrition Specialist and NASM Youth Exercise Specialist. The passion and love for health and fitness shows in her desire to help change one's life in a more positive and healthier way. Katie creates a unique and specialized workout and also creates a delicious menu of cold pressed, organic juice and nut milk to fit each client's health journey. "Seven months ago I had bilateral full knee replacement surgery (both knees at the same time) It is now seven months since that surgery and I am more or less back to normal and almost fully recovered. It's been a lot of work to get to this point. Because of my age I had to get approval for surgery from both my personal doctor and the surgeon performing the operation. At 65 you have to have good blood pressure, a good resting pulse and must be strong enough to lift with the upper body since you won't have a "good" knee available to help stand up. All of this involved about two years of training before the operation.


For the most part of those two years Katie Baldwin was my personal trainer. It was because of her careful guidance, encouragement and knowledge that helped me get in shape to have this operation. Training was hard and she never gave up on me. She is patient, funny and pays attention to the training needs of her clients.
